Connect supported bank accounts, view balances and booked or pending transactions, and follow payment status. User permissions control Banking access and payment preparation. You approve transfers with your bank; BPS Pro does not automatically mark invoices as paid.

Manage quotes alongside sales invoices and credit notes. Use recurring invoicing for periodic work and follow outstanding amounts and reminders. Automatic reminders are available from Plus.
Document import with local OCR
Import PDF, PNG, and JPEG documents or use an import folder. OCR proposes recognised invoice data on your device. Review the supplier, amounts, VAT, and dates before saving the purchase invoice.

What changes in the plans?
Prices stay the same: Essential €39, Plus €45, and Business €59 per month, excluding VAT. Banking is available with Plus and Business, and unavailable with Essential or during the trial. Extra users, included invoice volumes, and overage prices stay unchanged.
The trial lasts 30 days and includes up to 20 outgoing invoices. Banking becomes available with Plus or Business.

The Privacy Statement and Terms of Use describe the Ponto connection, bank confirmation, user permissions, and retention for up to six months after closure of the bank connection or BPS account.
